Dr. Nancy Stanton Bitner blew us away with her knowledge of grant writing and her ability to find resources that can make a real difference in our communities.
But what stood out most is that Nancy isn’t someone who suddenly decided to care about her community because she’s running for office. She’s an ordinary person who has made community service a part of her life for years. From the Girard Food Pantry to Kiwanis, fundraising, and helping local organizations secure funding, she has consistently shown up and done the work.
Now she wants to bring that same dedication to the Macoupin County Board, with a commitment to transparency, fiscal responsibility, and economic development. She’s ready to hit the ground running and work hard for the people of District 7.
