This is a conversation you donβt want to miss!
We were SO excited to sit down with Anne Caprara, Governor JB Pritzker 's chief of staff, and letβs just sayβ¦ we could have talked with her for HOURS! π
We got into everything from how a 13-year-old girl decided politics was her future to what really happens behind the scenes in the governorβs office. We chatted about her path to becoming JB's indispensable right hand, from her education at American University to working at Emily's List to working on Hillary Clinton's Super PAC. We talked women and power, the importance of building community, grassroots organizing, and why the voices of rural Illinois matter. And, of course, we got to know Anne beyond the politicsβincluding her love of surfing!
This is what Left Leaning Ladies is all about: real conversations, asking the questions that matter, and figuring out how we can all make a difference right where we live.
Because politics isnβt just happening in Springfield. Itβs happening in our communities, our conversations, and our everyday lives. And we all have a place in it.
π Left Leaning Ladies: Real women. Real conversations. Real impact. π
